Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grants Pass, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Josephine County is accepting bids for the Josephine County Whitehorse Park Remodel - Asphalt Paving project Josephine County Parks is undertaking a campground improvement project to modernize the facility and better serve current recreational demand. The project includes converting twenty four (24) underutilized tent campsites into five (5) full hook-up RV sites, five (5) partial hook-up RV sites, and five (5) improved tent campsites, including installation of new infrastructure and utility systems. This portion of the project consists of asphalt paving improvements for approximately 35,000 square feet of roadways and campsite areas. Work shall include placement of approximately three (3) inches of asphalt pavement and may also include repair, patching, preparation, and/or overlay of existing asphalt surfaces where required. The project completion date is July 24, 2026. Prequalification of Bidders is required. Bidders may obtain a Prequalification Application from Josephine County Public Works, 201 River Heights Way, Grants Pass, Oregon 97527, or from online. The class of work for which Bidders must be prequalified is Construction. Prequalification Applications must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026. This contract is for a public works project subject to prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
