The City of Grants Pass (City) desires to select an engineering firm to enter into a five-year Master Services Agreement to provide engineering services for the Water Restoration Plant (WRP) and wastewater collections system. Anticipated services include; After issuance of a revised NPDES Permit, update the WRP facilities plan. The current plan was last updated in June 2014. Seismic Upgrades to the WRP Administration Building Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation Replacement of various plant equipment: Obsolete Trojan UV System Lift Station(s) Headworks Bar-screen Belt Press Electrical and Control Systems upgrades (including all Robicon VFD's and PLC's) Gravity thickener control panel and main server Upgrades to the Redwood Conveyance - Includes modifications to Darneille and Redwood pumping stations and addition of a new force-main Updates to Sewer Use code Updates to Pretreatment Program Under the Master Services Agreement, the City will negotiate individual work orders for each task, including specific scope of work and price for the work. The City's selection process will be a two-step process. The first step will be an evaluation of the detailed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) submitted in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
