Supply and Delivery of Light Rail Transit 1. This RFQ is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary is seeking supplier to provide untuned impedance bond, which is used to maintain traction power circuit continuity and to separate adjacent ABS circuits. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms, for a potential total term not to exceed five (5) years. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be executed within 30 days from the date of notification of the selected respondent.
