*As of March 10, 2025, project construction work is slated to start Mid-March 2025, and is expected to be completed in August 2025. This project Seismic structural upgrade to the existing Pine Grove Fire Station. Scopes of work may include Demolition, Abatement, Concrete, Structural Steel, Rough Carpentry, Architectural Casework, Membrane Roofing, HM Doors and hardware, Sectional Doors, Appliances, MEP, etc. This contract is for public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (the Oregon Prevailing Wage Rate Law). BOLI wage rates will be applicable to this project.
