The City of Pflugerville is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for furnishing of all labor, material, tools and equipment, and performing of all work required for the Street Rehabilitation/Reconstruction Package 2 Project. The Project includes rehabilitation/reconstruction of five paved City streets - Windermere Drive, Yellow Sage Street, Edgemere Drive, and Bushmills Road Phase I & Phase II. The Project work includes base repair, resurfacing, ribbon curbs (along Yellow Sage Street), curb ramps, traffic control, pavement markings, signs, and other required roadway rehabilitation-related items; and reconstruction of three paved City streets (West Pflugerville Loop, Great Basin Avenue, and Picadilly Drive), which includes earthwork, ribbon curbs, curb ramps, flexible base, surfacing, traffic control, pavement markings, signs, and other required roadway reconstruction-related items. Estimate: $10.75 M The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in proposals received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; the right to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas. The successful Offeror must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, from a surety company authorized by the State of Texas to act as surety.
