Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pflugerville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Pflugerville is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for furnishing of all labor, material, tools and equipment, and performing of all work required for the Wilbarger Creek Park Phase 2 Project. The Project consists of an asphalt parking lot, concrete walking trail, pre-fabricated restroom facilities, and landscaping with Project additive alternates including dog park and nature play areas. The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in proposals received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; the right to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas. Proposals must be submitted on the Proposal forms provided and must be accompanied by a bid bond in a penal sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Contract Price proposed Substantially and Finally Complete the Work within 180 consecutive calendar days thereafter.
