The Hancock County Board of Commissioners are seeking qualified proposals for Owner's Representative Services for the design and construction phases of the Amplify Hancock Career Center and CTE project. The Hancock County Board of Commissioners are hereby advertising this RFP and posting the same outside the Commissioners Courtroom in the Hancock County Annex and also on Hancock County's website, and pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1, et seq. and I.C. 5-22-7-5. Notice of the invitation for offers to purchase is being done as required by I.C. 5-3-1, et seq. and also through the computer gateway technology. This notice is being published two (2) times, twice one week apart and more than seven (7) days prior to receipt of the bids by the Hancock County Board of Commissioners (I.C. 5-3-1-2(e)). The award of the contract related to this RFP is not based solely on low bid. An Owner's Representative will be selected based upon the Owner's Representative's experience and expertise with similar projects, the ability of the Owner's Representative to best fulfill the Owner needs and to provide value added services, the ability to complete the project in a timely manner, the completeness of their submittal, and the ability of the Owner's Representative to meet the needs of Owner. A. The Hancock County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to terminate the RFP process for any reason, to be the sole judge of the responses submitted, to reject all responders to this RFP, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any of the responses.
