Solicitation: W9127P23B0001 Invitation for Bids (IFB) Small Business Set Aside 100% NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The USPFO for Virgin Islands intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the repairs to the Field Maintenance Shop #1 (FMS 1). The project consists of interior and exterior repairs of a 3,650sq/ft existing building. Work includes electrical, plumbing and fire alarm repairs, and air conditioning units' replacement. In addition, the project requires painting and general construction services at Estate Bethlehem Military Compound in St. Croix, USVI. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract completion time is 90 days after notice to proceed to include inspections and punch lists. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of 45M. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 6, 2023 at 10:00am local time. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference.
