This floor is good condition and should not require any repairs, just a maintenance coat. Any damage that is found should be discussed with the City representative prior to repair. B. Smith Hazel Recreation Center (low gloss/matte) Approximately 66 ft. 6 inches (width) and 98 ft. (length) Lenmar Dull Rubbed finish should be used. This floor is good condition over all.
