Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Aiken, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Tennis Courts-Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the job 1. Recoat and line 6 hard 120 x 60 tennis courts. 2. Materials should be Novacrylic, as manufactured by Nova Sports USA. Substitutes may be accepted with approval. 3. Apply a minimum of 2 coats of acrylic resurfacer and 2 coats of color. 4. Color should be blue on green. 5. All cracks should be filled and repaired using Armor Crack or RiteWay. No substitutes may be used. Must guarantee crack repair. 6. Contractor should flood surface. Any pounding of water remaining that is deep enough to cover the thickness of a five-cent piece shall be corrected using a patch mix consisting of Novabond, 50-mesh sand Portland cement, as per manufacture directions. Depressions must be primed with a 50% dilution of Novabond and water prior to patching. 7. Clear site of all empty bags and debris, re-hang existing nets and center straps, leaving the courts ready for play. Bids to resurface six hard tennis courts.
