Additional Doc Acq Note: The Engineering Firm can be reached at (770) 425-8100 or email at linda-gray@hi-line-engineering.com. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 5% (percent) of the bid price, but in no event more than $10,000.00. Bid Security shall be in the form of a Bid Bond or a cashiers check payable to The City of Fairhope. No Bid Security is required on bids less than $10,000.00. The BIDDER to whom award is made shall provide a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the CONTRACT Amount and a Labor and Material Bond equal to 50% of the CONTRACT amount. Project to be completed by January 31, 2024
