Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Charlestown, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of the construction of concrete sidewalks with erosion control BMPS, handicap ramps, tree removal and all other items shown on the plans and specifications for a complete project. The bids shall be unit price for all work shown on the plans and called for in the specifications as detailed in the instructions to bidders in the specifications and submitted in duplicate on the State Board of Accounts Form No. 96. All sealed bids shall be turned into Mayor Treva Hodges at Charlestown City Hall or presented to the Project Engineer at Hart's Surveying & Engineering LLC. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish, before commencing work, certificates of all insurance required by the specifications. The City of Charlestown Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in bidding.
