The project consists of the installation of approximately 11,730 linear feet of 20" internal diameter water main and fittings, valves, fire hydrants, combination air valve vaults, and other improvements associated with the proposed water main along South Patrol Road in the River Ridge Commerce Center. Portions of the proposed water main will be bored and jacked under an existing creek and under existing roads within the project limits. Substantially complete shall mean that all water main, valves, hydrants, etc. have been installed, disturbed areas have been restored, all required testing on the water main has been completed and the water main is ready to be placed into service. All work shall be 100% complete including site cleanup, punch-list items, etc. within 400 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
