Responders must be willing to enter into the Town of Edgartown's standard form contract, provided as APPENDIX H to the Project Documents. The contract will include the scope of services documentation provided as a part of the bid package. Simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, the Contractor shall furnish a Payment Bond in an amount equal to Fifty Percent (50%) of the total Contract Price as security for the payment of all persons performing labor on the project under this contract, and furnishing materials in connection with this Contract. The surety on such bond shall be a duly authorized surety company, licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The required work shall include but is not necessarily limited. The scope of the work, without limiting the generality thereof, consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the following items of work and all work incidentals thereto as shown on the Drawings and as herein specified.
