Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Edgartown, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 22, 2021, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed, the construction start date and completion date is on 09/15/2021 to 05/31/2022..** All questions are required to be submitted by Friday, May 7, 2021 at 3:00pm Local Time. All questions and all bids shall be submitted to nilsona@childseng.com The contract includes the furnishing of all equipment, materials, labor and supervision necessary to carry out the installation of new pile supported pier and sheetpile repairs at Memorial Wharf in Edgartown, MA. The work includes but is not limited to protecting the existing pavilion, which will be preserved and relocated onto the new pier structure after its constructions; demolishing and disposing of the existing timber pier; driving new steel pipe piles under the new pier; installing new steel cap beams, steel and timber stringers, and new timber decking; excavating the parking lot area; installing internal wale system; adding a new steel sheet pile deadman; and other associated work. Award will be made within forty-five (45) days after the bid opening.
