Renovation of a mixed-use development in Edgartown, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Martha's Vineyard Public Schools, on behalf of the Edgartown School, invites proposals from qualified engineering firms with experience analyzing, designing and overseeing the renovation/upgrade/replacement of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in facilities similar to the Edgartown School. Qualified engineering firms with a minimum of five years of experience may submit their qualifications. The project is being funded through a state grant which requires this Study be completed before 6/30/2023. The fee for this Study shall not exceed $100,000. Time Period for Completed Project June 30, 2023 The District may reject any and all proposals. Proposals must be either mailed AND received by the above time/date, or can be delivered to the secure lockbox located at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
