Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Taking bids to restore the condition of the bin, as part of this project, the interior sides and roof of the bin will be cleaned, sandblasted, and recoated to provide extended life to the equipment. The Sludge Storage Bin is located in the REF building, (Second Floor, Train 1, accessed through Building 51 near the Dewatered Sludge area). The interior of the bin has approximately 1,150 sf that requires cleaning, sandblasting and a new protective coat as described per Detailed Specifications of the bid package. Bid documents should be submitted via e-mail to the District's Representative, Jeff Harraman at harramanj@neorsd.org. No questions will be accepted after Friday, August 18, 2023. No bid bond and no performance bond required for this bid.
