Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Auburn, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Auburn OPED is soliciting proposals for as outlined in the Scope of Work section for the design of a park located on Wall Street. Services for these projects are being funded fully through the US Department of HUD Community Development Block Grant Program, administered by the City of Auburn. The City OPED anticipates reviewing and recommending a selection of a consultant by September 8, 2023. Incomplete information will be viewed as non-responsive. The City of Auburn reserves the right to request an individual consultant to revise their proposal to ensure each firm is proposing in a competitive and equal fashion. Upon determining that such actions would be in the best interest of the City of Auburn, the City OPED in its sole discretion reserves the right to reject or refuse to consider any or all of the submitted proposals received in response to this RFP.
