The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the full amount of the bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the actual date to the opening thereof. The City of O'Fallon, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
