The lot area of the library property is 21,000 square feet. The Library has an on-site wastewater septic system. The Library is served by the public water supply. A copy of the last renovation plan set is available upon request. The Library is located in a residential area. The Library is within easy walking distance to "downtown" Vineyard Haven, and less than half a mile from the Vineyard Haven Steamship Authority Terminal, the year-round port of entry for the island. The Library does not have off-street parking for employees or patrons. Dedicated on-street parking is available. The Library is easily accessible for pedestrians and bicyclists.
