Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Piney Point Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
1. The project is located at the City of Hunters Creek Village at intersections Willowron and Walwick and Creek Wood and Oak Hollow. 2. The work primarily consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 370 SY of existing 8-Inch thick Concrete Pavement and repair of approximately 185 LF of 6" Concrete Curb. 3. Removal and replacement of 6 Type "BB" inlets and removal and replacement of approximately 65 LF of existing 18" to 24" reinforced concrete pipe storm sewer. 4. Installation of an 18"x18" yard drain and 10 LF of 6" PVC to tie into proposed Type "BB" Inlet. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or acceptable Bid Bond, payable to The City of Hunters Creek Village in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid price submitted, All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents must be submitted to the Engineer in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the opening of bids.
