Summary The City of Phoenix is seeking Contractors) to provide Disinfection Services for the City's water storage reservoirs. The requested services are critical to maintaining the four water treatment plants that utilize 11 reservoirs as well as several remote facilities as part of the potable water treatment and distribution system throughout the city. 1.2. Background The City has four Water Treatment plants that utilize 11 reservoirs as well as several remote facilities as part of the potable water treatment and distribution system throughout the City. It is important that these structures are properly maintained to prevent service disruptions and maintain water quality, as these facilities store drinking water to meet customer demand. When reservoirs are inspected, they require disinfection services.
