The Cmar Selected Will Be Responsible for All Construction Services for the Projects Awarded. The Construction Management at Risk project is known as the Daisy Mountain Fire District Fire Station #144 Project located at project listed in Table A as will be indicated in the Contract Documents. A. Design Phase Services The Construction Manager at Risk will provide the following services: Provide recommendations on value engineering opportunities including a cost estimate for each recommendation. 1. Provide milestone estimates for use in determining the best value and to insure project remain in budget. 2. The CMAR will have full budgetary responsibility in establishing the Guaranteed Maximum Price of the project. 3. Constructability reviews 4. Project design review meeting and services as needed to establish a complete project delivery 5. Other services identified in the Contract and inferable there from.
