The Town of Hudson, through its Engineering Department, is requesting the submittal of qualifications for the project listed above. Town of Hudson owns a capped landfill located at 26 West Road, which could be utilized as a solar farm. The Town is looking for interested parties to submit proposals for this site and its potential. This submittal should include: A brief resume of your company's experience with respect to similar projects and utilizing capped landfills. Focus on the last seven years of experience. Names and descriptions of key personnel who will be responsible for managing and designing the project. List of references, preferably from clients for whom you have completed similar projects over the last seven years. A brief description of projections related to timelines, schedules and permitting required for this process. Your submittal should not be greater than 10 pages in length. Cost incurred in responding to this request shall be borne entirely by the submitting consulting firms. Three (3) firms will be short-listed for the preparation of a project specific proposal. Consultant selection will be determined by the Qualification Based Selection (QBS) process. Selection of the short list will be based on: Experience of the firm with respect to this type of project. Experience of key individuals performing the work. Knowledge of and working experience with similar projects and municipalities. The Town may choose to interview firms or make a selection based on the qualifications received. An agreement will be negotiated upon selection of a preferred firm.
