Trenching, Cold Milling, Aggregate Base, HMA Paving, Shoulder Cl II, Approach Cl II, Guardrail, Pavement Markings, Slope Restoration. Bidders must be prequalified by MDOT for Hot-Mix Asphalt paving work The Contractor shall at all time exercise extreme care and shall assume all liability for any damage resulting from this operation and shall hold the Leelanau County Road Commission harmless from any claims or damages. Contractors working in the road right-of-way must have a valid certificate of Auto Liability, Worker's Compensation and Commercial General Liability Insurance Naming the Leelanau County Road Commission as "ADDITIONAL INSURED" and have certificates on file with the Leelanau County Road Commission before work begins.
