Reference Number 0000346738 The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians ("Grand Traverse Band" or "GTB") is requesting Proposals from qualified contractors interested in contracting with the GTB to provide roof maintenance services on GTB-owned property within the Peshawbestown Reservation. THE SITE IS LOCATED AT: The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians Strongheart Center located at: 2700 Strongheart Way Peshawbestown, Michigan 49682 Question Deadline 03/29/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No. Any questions regarding this RFP should be sent to: Ron Anderson, GTB Facilities Manager. ron.anderson@gtb-nsn.gov . General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required *The Grand Traverse band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians also reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals. o Inspect existing roof system and prepare for reroofing. o Remove existing snow rail systems and salvage for reinstall. o Install custom cut EPS flute fillers between the ribs of the existing metal panels. o Install (1) layer of .1.5" ISO insulation over the entire roof area. The insulation board is to be mechanically fastened per manufacturers specifications. Install a custom, prefabricated Duro-Last Roof system or equivalent system to the entire roof area. o The roof membrane is to be 50 mil and terra cotta in color. o Mechanically fasten the roof membrane per manufacturer's specifications. o Secure all perimeter edges with 24 gauge, vinyl coated metal edges system. o The edge metal is to be included in the roof warranty. o Flash and seal all roof penetrations per manufacturer's specifications. o Remove and reinstall existing snow rail systems. o Provide complete clean up and removal of all job-related debris. o Repair or replace any damaged landscaping, sidewalk, and parking lots. o Contractor pricing is to include annual inspections and cleanup of debris for the first two years of warranty. o Provide a No Dollar Limit manufacturer's warranty covering 100% materials and labor. o The warranty shall not exclude consequential damages coverage.
