Renovation of a mixed-use development in Suttons Bay, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
k. Bidder shall perform LED lighting improvements as described in Attachment E, hereto. The naming of any given manufacturer and/or model number is not intended to limit bidding, but to establish the level of quality desired for the various required items. Bidders may bid equivalents but shall provide an explanation of how the product is an equivalent, including descriptive literature and samples as applicable, but the School District shall have the final decision regarding equivalent status. The scope of services may change as the project progresses in the School Districts sole discretion.
