Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes a pass-thru allowance. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. The County's response to Requests for Approved Equals will be issued by addendum. Item Response Form: Quantities listed on the Item Response Form are the estimated Initial One-Year Contract Period/Term amount. The sum of all line items will be the Vendor's Initial One-Year Contract Period/Term price. Basis for Award - Total Bid Award: It is the intent of the County to award this contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder by total bid price. A bidder MUST bid on all items to be considered for award; otherwise, the bid will be construed as incomplete and may be rejected. Ownership Disclosure: Broward County is collecting entity ownership information for Vendors. This is for informational purposes only and the data will be used for Broward County's research on possible contracting opportunity disparities. The forms will be maintained separately from all other records of this solicitation and will be accessible only by authorized personnel. The information provided will not be used in determining whether the Vendor will receive a contract award.
