Renovation of a mixed-use development in Troy, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Project in accordance with the plans and specifications now on file in the office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City of Troy, Ohio. Bidder must register, set up to bid, and review each solicitation the bidder intends to bid electronically prior to bidding. This project consists of addressing the replacement of the existing cooling tower and the current pumps. All Contractors and Subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practical, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of this project. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Miami County and the City of Troy, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. The City of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids when to the advantage of the City and to select the best bid in its opinion. The City of Troy, Ohio is in compliance with ADA. All questions about the meaning or intent of Bidding Documents or discovery of any ambiguities, inconsistencies, errors or omissions in the Bidding Documents, including plans, shall be submitted promptly in writing to the City.
