Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Algonquin, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work is called Rolls Drive Rehabilitation and shall consist of full depth reclamation and street rehabilitation for Rolls Drive, Parkside Court, and Pine Grove Court. The project will also include spot curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement, utility rehabilitation, and pedestrian improvements. The Village of Algonquin reserves the right to accept the bid deemed to be in its own best interest, which is based on all of the above considerations. Bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder determined in the exclusive discretion of the Village Board of Trustees.
