Henrico County is seeking Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design and Engineering Services for Henrico County Government and Henrico County Public Schools. The Successful Offeror(s) shall provide all supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other facility engineering services, design, and construction contract administration services. Services shall include review and revision of specifications, studies, construction, construction administration, and MEP design as described in this Request for Proposal. Projects assigned may include but are not limited to: renovations/alternations of buildings including MEP and/or equipment systems, new MEP systems, and studies to determine extent of new systems needed. Projects that are assigned to the Successful Offeror(s) will include smaller design projects not otherwise addressed by separate Request for Proposals for Professional Services. The services covered by this contract shall include but are not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other facility engineering services, design, and construction contract administration.
