Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Columbus, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
This project will design and construct a relief tunnel parallel to the Big Walnut Outfall, between the BBX chamber and the Alum Creek Trunk sewer to relieve hydraulic overload in this section of sewer caused by upstream development. A pre-proposal meeting will not be held. City of Columbus MBE/WBE Program: This project is subject to the requirements of the City’s MBE/WBE Program. The MBE/WBE goal assigned to this project is 10.0%. All questions concerning this RFP are to reference the project number and the project name and be sent to DPUCapitalRFP@columbus.gov. No phone calls concerning questions about the RFP will be accepted. The last day to submit questions will be specified in the RFP. The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP and reject any bid or proposal, in whole or in part, for good cause when it is in the best interests of the City.
