The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The purpose of this project is to remove and replace the existing outdoor AC/heater packaged units at the Main Office 2555 Hwy 36, Platina CA. Units 1 and 2 are the same size and Unit 3 is somewhat smaller. All three units are located at the rear of the office building and access has logistical challenges but feasible from the west side of the office. The existing units are R-22 refrigerant and new units shall be with CA compliant refrigerant systems. New units shall be California compliant minimum SEER/EER rating. Note all new systems shall be of the same manufacturer for system compatibility and warranty purposes. Work shall include but not necessarily limited to, disconnect and removal of existing exterior units, including related plenums and ducting, interfering electrical, low voltage, natural gas & condensate lines to be replaced, clearing, preparation and placement of new pads and mounts. Furnishing and installation of new electrical disconnects, new AC/Heater units with new exterior plenums and ducting, duct sealing, tie-ins to existing structure ducting, all electrical, low voltage, natural gas and condensate lines, and related connections for complete and operational systems, including startup, testing and warranties. Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment, and transportation as required to accomplish the work. All demolition, disposal, and repairs described herein, for bringing the unit back into service are the responsibility of the Contractor.
