Pre Bid Conference (N/A) This is a SB Minor B Contract Advertisement. The Contractor must be a certified Small Business under section 2-1.05. The Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Do Not Send a Hard Copy Bid to the Division of Procurement & Contracts. It Will Not Be Accepted. If your bid is over $461,000.00 it will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment Bonds and Insurance will be required at time of Award if your Company is low bidder and awarded the contract. The Department of Transportation (Department) will receive quotes for Construction On State Highway In Trinity County at Various Locations from 0.26 Miles East of Trinity County Line to 0.59 Miles West of the Trinity River Bridge. District-County-Route-Post Mile: 02-Tri-36-0.2/2.6 Prime Contractor must have a Class A license. Prime Contractor must be a certified Small Business under Section 2-1.05. Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Bids must be on a unit price basis. Complete the work within 15 working days. The estimated cost of the project is $240,000.00. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project.
