Online Q&A Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 02/26/2025 2:00 PM (PST) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sacramento (CITY) will receive sealed proposals electronically from contractors licensed to do business in the State of California and qualified to provide the necessary services no later than the bid due date and time stated above. Electronic proposals shall be submitted through the CITYs electronic bid management system, online. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to submit their proposal with sufficient time to be received by online prior to the bid due date and time. The receiving deadline is absolute. Allow time for technical difficulties, uploading, and unexpected delays. Respondents must be registered with the Citys electronic bid management system online to access all solicitation documents related to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Once registered within the City's electronic bid management system online, you will be automatically notified of Q & A alerts, updates and addenda. The intent and purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish contractual price agreements (labor and materials) for On-Call Monument and Wayfinding Signs Manufacturing, Installation, and Repair. Contractors must be licensed to do business in the State of California and qualified to provide the necessary services stated herein. Other Details It is understood that except as otherwise specifically stated in the contract, the CONTRACTOR shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever, necessary to execute, complete and deliver the work within the specified time, including City of Sacramento Business Operations Tax Certificate. Notes Payment and Performance Bonds are required and reimbursed by the City for any job/task order over $25,000.00. Prior to the RFQ submission deadline questions may arise regarding the specifications and procedural or administrative matters. By February 26, 2025 at 2:00PM all questions pertaining to this RFQ shall be submitted using the City of Sacramento online portal, using the Q&A tab within this solicitation. If further clarification is required, proposers shall only contact the RFQ Administrator, through the Portal; proposers shall not contact any other City staff with questions. The RFQ Administrator will provide formal answers to all questions. Changes to the RFQ itself shall only be made by the City via formal written addenda. Addenda will be published and distributed through the Portal. All addenda shall become a part of the RFQ document requiring acknowledgment by the proposer. Tentative Contract Start Date: May 1, 2025, dependent on the need for City Council approval, could be sooner.
