Prospective Proposers must submit questions or requests for clarification or change via email to proposals@pdx.edu. The budget for this work is approximately $6,000,000 of construction hard costs. Proposals that (1) are incomplete, conditioned or qualified, (2) are not in conformity with this RFP, PSU Standards, or applicable law, (3) contain a statement by the Proposer reserving the right to accept or reject an award or to enter into the Contract, or (4) include any other irregularity shall be rejected as nonresponsive if the irregularity is material and may be rejected as non-responsive if the irregularity is not material. the Owner reserves the right to enter into negotiations with the next highest ranked Proposer. The Owner reserves the right, to exercise sole and absolute discretion, to reject any price or fee proposal that will result in an unreasonably high price. The Owner also reserves the right to cancel this procurement and to reject any or all proposals. Include all work relating to the mechanical and elevator scopes of work. This includes, but is not limited to electrical, structural, plumbing, fire protection/suppression and any related carpentry and finishes scopes of work. Proposers must be capable of providing a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond for 100% of the construction costs of the Project, estimated to be up to $6,000,000 for this CM/GC Contract.
