Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of October 20, 2023, project was awarded to KTC Enterprises, Inc., awarded amount is $422,417.50. ** The work includes sidewalk improvements within City Council District 7 in the City of North Charleston. Construction of Package 7 includes the following: Approximately 3,400 LF of new sidewalk beginning at the intersection of Birch Street and Chestnut Ave. and heading west along the south side of Birch Street, continuing along the east side of Walnut Street, continuing along the north side of Post Street, continuing along the west side of Hottinger Ave., and ending at the intersection of Hottinger Ave. and Banyan Street. Drainage improvements including approximately 100 LF of ditch grading, 100 LF of new pipe, and 16 modification or installation of new drainage structures. Before a bid is considered for award, the bidder may be required to submit a statement of qualifications in detail as for his previous experience in performing similar or comparable work, and of his business and technical organization and financial resources and availability for performing the contemplated work.
