The county of orange, orange county community resources (occr), purchasing and contracts services on behalf of orange county is soliciting this fully electronic invitation for bid (ifb) from qualified bidders for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (hvacr) building automation maintenance services. The initial term of the awarded contract shall become effective upon execution of all necessary signatures and shall continue for one (1) year, with four (4) one year renewable periods, unless otherwise terminated by county.

Submission of a bid is an acknowledgement that the bidder has agreed to all the terms and conditions herein. All price bids submitted shall be inclusive of all costs for labor, transportation (e.G., vehicles, gas, etc.), freight, delivery, shipping, handling, overhead, profit, california state sales tax, and all other fees.
