THIS IS A RESOLICITATION: The Operational Contracting Division, Air Force Test Center, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for LAN Drops. This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA2823-23-Q-0017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors and Federal Supply Code (FSC) 5975, Electrical Hardware and Supplies, with a small business size standard of $19.0M. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors will be evaluated on a Best Value basis IA W FAR 13.106(1)(a)(2)(i) and the award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation represents the best value to the Government. The government will not accept refurbished/used equipment. There will be no advance payments. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This requirement is for: LAN Drops - Qty 22, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, dated 20 July 2023. Quotation must be submitted per the following line item structure: CLIN 0001 - LAN Drops for Room 283 QUOTE SUBMISSION: Quoters shall provide any necessary literature in order to determine technical acceptability in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Quoters shall provide any necessary documentation to verify past performance. Additionally, please make sure to include ALL PARTS, PART NUMBERS AND QUANTITIES in your quotation. QUOTE MUST BE FOB DESTINATION: Award will be made to the best value quote. EGLIN AFB COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS: Quotes must meet all the requirements of Eglin AFB Base Communications Squadron. See attached 96 CS Cyber Infrastructure Standards and Installation Specifications - Dated Nov 2022. DELIVERY: 30 Days ARO.
