Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Port Moody, British Columbia. Working plans call for the construction of a 8,700-square-foot, three-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Construction of a new multi-storey fieldhouse facility located at Inlet Park Field. Inlet Park is an existing athletic facility in Port Moody with fields for baseball, soccer, and lacrosse. The ongoing redevelopment project includes new synthetic playing surfaces, expanded parking, a new fieldhouse, new storage and support facilities, and a connection to the adjacent inlet trail network. Fieldhouse components will include change rooms, ground-level public washrooms (gender neutral), storage, mechanical areas, a small concession area, a multi-purpose space with a warming kitchen and bar capable of serving up to 130 to 180 guests. Upper levels of the building are anticipated to include options for office space, dedicated meeting rooms and additional washrooms. For the three storey design option, the upper level will also contain an open viewing deck offering spectators an elevated view of the playing fields below. The facility will also include an elevator and stair vestibule. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Tender is anticipated by early spring 2025. Construction of the fieldhouse is anticipated to start in late spring 2025. *Estimated Construction Budget: $7.9 million (includes contingencies and escalation to anticipated tender date)
