Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified bank check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted. This project involves furnishing and installing a new generator, automatic transfer switch, and all associated work to complete the project as designed at the Town Hall on Boston State Road. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI's will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on September 8th, 2023, at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Project Engineer, Casey DeGraff at cdegraff@cplteam.com. If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on September 12th, 2023, from the office of the Engineer.
