Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project involves improvements to the Town Hall entry including replacement of front steps and columns, as well as all associated work to complete the project as designed. All bids shall be binding for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein. Question Deadline December 11, 2023 at 5:00 PM ET Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI s will be accepted at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Project Engineer, Jim Basile at jbasile@cplteam.com.If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on November 28, 2023, from the office of the Engineer.
