The Town of Little Elm is seeking bids for Landscape Enhancements partially funded through the TxDOT Green Ribbon Program: Base Bid - Inside ROW Parkway Landscape and Irrigation Enhancements: Construction of approximately 12,700 LF of inside the ROW parkway enhancements, including plant materials, concrete landscape edge, planting bed preparation, mulch, compost, vegetative watering, associated irrigation, and preparation of ROW. Add Alternate - Outside the ROW Parkway Landscape and Irrigation Enhancements: Construction of landscape enhancements outside the ROW including plant materials, concrete landscape edge, plant bed preparation for planting areas, bed preparation for seeded areas, mulch, compost, vegetative watering, associated irrigation, and preparation of ROW. These bid items are considered add alternates. Bidders must submit with their bids a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%), from a reliable Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute bond and guarantee forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. Bid bond maybe scanned and uploaded with electronic offer. Bid bond MUST be received PRIOR to bid opening.
