providing professional Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) services, using the General Contractor at Risk, Alternate Delivery Method, as defined by the State of Arkansas statutes in connection with the construction of a new Public Works Facility and Police/Fire Training Center Services are expected to be phased accordingly: Pre-Construction Phase 1. Provide constructability review and suggestions for value engineering options, scheduling, and development of a final Proposal for Project construction. Construction Phase 1. Construction Phase Services include, but are not limited to, cost reduction and control, project coordination, permitting, environmental documentation, subcontractor selection and pricing, project and change order pricing, construction, closeout, warranty, etc. 2. The CM/GC shall hold all trade contracts and purchase orders and shall bond and guarantee the project. City of Sherwood reserves the right to reject any/all submittals and to waive any/all formalities deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sherwood.
