Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sherwood, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
City of Sherwood reserves the right to reject any/all submittals and to waive any/all formalities deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sherwood. All parties are also advised that the City of Sherwood reserves the right to re-advertise for any services. The City of Sherwood, AR is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing professional Design services under the Alternate Delivery Method, as defined by the State of Arkansas statutes in connection with the construction of a new Public Works Facility and Police/Fire Training Center Firms will be required to demonstrate their qualifications as to education, experience, and credentials and present a proposed project action plan. Firms must be familiar with Federal, State, and Local policies and procedures pertaining to the project. Requests and inquiries from minority and women owned enterprises (MBE/WBE) are encouraged. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
