The protection of the public water supply against contamination or pollution is of the essence of this Work and is of more importance than any other single feature herein; and the CONTRACTOR shall insure the protection thereof. Any contamination or pollution resulting from acts or omission of the CONTRACTOR shall, in addition to other remedies, be cause for termination of any Contract without notice. 2 Galvanized Water Main Replacements North of River 2024 Phase 2 Installation of Potable Water Mains, Approximately: 1,600 L.F. Of 8 D.I., 3,200 L.F. Of 6 D.I. And 385 L.F. Of 3 PVC Taylor Rd., Eubanks Rd., Bobbitt Ln., Hatcher Rd. And Mudge LN. Sherwood, AR All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid. The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
