Renovation of a municipal facility in Paramount, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The contractor shall complete all work in every detail within thirty (30) working days after the Notice to Proceed liquidated damages of two hundred dollars ($200) per working day of delay. 1. The Contractor shall be responsible for all of the following aspects of the interior improvements at Clearwater Building. Work shall include the following: a. Installation of a new grid system for approximately 2500 square footage. i. Remove and dispose of existing acoustic ceiling tiles in areas that have not been replaced. ii. Installation of 2x2 white ceiling grid. iii. Installation of 2x2 white Armstrong S704A ceiling tiles in new ceiling grid. b. Replacement and installation of 35 LED light fixtures in new ceiling grid. i. Light frames shall be white ii. Lights shall be 2x4 in size c. Remodeling of the kitchenette area Page 3 of 3 i. Installation of new cabinets, sink, countertop, fixtures, and can lights d. Painting of all interior spaces i. Two (2) coats of paint shall be applied throughout the offices, hallway, and kitchen areas
