Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to the following: The creation of a new sanitary lift station positioned at the southwest corner of 1831 Water Street. This station will be adjacent to the existing Water Street Lift Station. The new facility's capacity is 285 L/s and will feature a triplex submersible pump configuration. The project team is presently at the 50% design milestone and is awaiting contractor involvement before progressing with the design. Safeguarding the existing facility during the construction of the new one. Decommissioning the existing facility after the successful commissioning of the new facility. Improvements to the sanitary utilities adjacent to 1831 Water Street. Relocation of onsite third-party utilities (Fortis Gas, Fortis Electric, TELUS, Shaw).
