Renovation of a municipal facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City is looking to enter a contract with one Mechanical Contractor for the successful completion of Mechanical and Electrical Upgrades at the City Hall. The Mechanical Contractor shall include all required subtrades, general contract trades, architectural, structural, electrical, controls and any others as required to ensure complete installation. The project includes the replacement of the existing cooling tower, replacement of existing chiller including chilled water and condenser water piping, pump replacements, extension of existing chiller room, installation of new heat recovery chiller complete with buffer tank and pumps, controls optimization of boiler heating plant, installation of demand-controlled ventilation for Council Chambers air handling unit, recommissioning of existing VAV Boxes and providing drainage to existing chiller room.
