Site work for a mixed-use development in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: Repair of the deck edges of the 38 m main arch span over Harvey Avenue and the 25 m north span over the Parkinson Recreation Center parking lot access Paint repairs to the flange edges for both spans and arch connections (approximate area 15.1 m2) Abutment and Pier Concrete Repair – Vertical patching (approx. 2.1 m2) Concrete Curb and Barrier Repair (approx. 0.1 m2) Replace the slab on grade at the north approach plaza (approximate area 150 m2) Isolated concrete overlay south plaza approach apron (approximate area of overlay 6 m2) Clean 2 deck drains on the south approach ramp and install new drain covers Documents can be obtained from https://kelowna.bonfirehub.ca/portal/
